Generally Non-Returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Products stored or handled improperly after delivery
- Orders submitted with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Requests made outside the stated review window
- Sale or promotional items, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect
Refunds: If approved, any refund will be applied to the original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Exchanges: We only replace items when approved after review of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
