We work to process orders promptly and provide tracking once your package has been prepared for shipment. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate, and delivery estimates may vary based on carrier conditions.
Order Processing
MyPurePeptide makes reasonable efforts to process orders promptly. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, payment review periods, high-volume periods, carrier disruptions, and circumstances outside of our control.
Processing includes order review, preparation, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout refer to estimated carrier transit time after the order has been processed and shipped. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed by the shipping carrier.
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier workload, weather, holidays, address issues, or other operational delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after a shipping label is created or after the carrier receives the package.
Please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see your tracking email.
Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including the correct name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, and contact information.
MyPurePeptide is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and final delivery are handled by the carrier. MyPurePeptide is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, misroutes, scanning delays, or other events outside of our direct control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, parcel lockers, mailbox areas, and the shipping carrier. We may assist with reasonable carrier claim support where appropriate, but carrier claim outcomes are not guaranteed.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mypurepeptide.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence of the package and contents. Requests submitted without supporting documentation or outside the review window may not be eligible for review.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, we may contact you to determine next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
