How do I know you will still be here in a year?
We cannot guarantee future availability. You can review our published business mailing address, support details, policies, available laboratory records and customer reviews before deciding whether to order.
How fast will a first order actually arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Processing and carrier transit are separate. Transit varies by destination; check the shipping policy and tracking for the applicable information.
What if the first order is not right?
Unopened, eligible items can be returned within 7 days under the written policy on the site. If you have a question about an item or its documentation, contact support before opening it so we can review the order details with you.
Do I have to create an account to look at prices?
