Six reasons people leave

Use these points to assess your current supplier and any alternative. Available records and policies matter more than an unsupported promise.

  • 1
You cannot verify the paperwork independentlyLook for the original laboratory record and compare the sample label, identifiers and results. Our Lab Tests library provides available reports and verification links. Checking a document does not by itself confirm which lot was shipped.
  • 2
The vendor goes quietA supplier becoming unavailable can interrupt ordering. We cannot speak to why another business closed. MyPurePeptide publishes a business mailing address, support phone number and support hours.
  • 3
Batches change and nothing explains itCompare the identifiers, dates and measured results on the available reports. Earlier records may provide context, but do not by themselves establish the identity or consistency of a later shipped lot. Contact support for documentation relating to your order.
  • 4
Parcels sit in customsOverseas-origin fulfillment can add extra transit time and customs uncertainty before delivery. U.S. orders here are usually processed within 1 business day and then ship UPS 2-Day from Austin, Texas. International shipping is also available from Austin, with transit and customs timing varying by destination.
  • 5
Nobody answersA contact form, no phone number, and a reply that never arrives. Support runs Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Central on (737) 375-0592, and most messages receive a response within one business day.
  • 6
The price changes at the last stepShipping and fees that only appear once you are committed. The full charge is shown in the cart before payment, nothing is added afterwards, and the refund policy is published where you can read it first.

The objections worth raising

I already have a supplier that works. Why change?

Maybe you should not. The question worth asking is narrower than “are they fine” — it is whether you can open the laboratory report for the lot currently on your bench and confirm it on the testing laboratory’s own site. If you can, stay where you are. If you cannot, that is the gap, and it is the one that tends to matter later rather than now.

Will quality be consistent between orders?

A published report describes the submitted sample and does not by itself guarantee consistency between orders or confirm the lot shipped. Review the available results and contact support for documentation relating to the lot you are considering.

What if the first order is not right?

There is a written 7-day return policy covering unopened, eligible items, plus order tracking and support on US hours. The policy is published and readable before you buy, not produced afterwards.

Do I need an account to look at anything?

No. The catalog, the specifications and the full lab report library are open. No account, no email address, no purchase required to read any of it.

How fast is a first order?

Usually processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, then UPS 2-Day from Austin, Texas. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate, and both are stated in the shipping policy.

Is there a catch to the discount code?

No. SWITCH15 is 15% off any order of $75 or more, with no sign-up and no account. One coupon per order — it cannot be combined with another promotional code.

Test it with one order.
